What is the data request process?

• The climate data request form will send your request to our data services staff to quote.
• You will receive an email confirmation receipt.
• Our data services team will return a quote, including payment and delivery information, to your email address within 3 - 5 working days. They will contact you if further information is required.
• On acceptance and payment of the quote, your data will be supplied by email or FTP Bulk data is available on USB sticks and hard-drives.

Completing the request form

1. Your order, including the data type and stations you selected is listed in the form.
2. Add any relevant additional information or queries.

3. Please take care entering contact details. Your correct email address is essential for processing.
4. If the 'Spam prevention check' question is unclear, click 'Get a new question' and type the answer. (This step is to help prevent automated illegal use of web forms.)
5. When your form is complete, the 'Send data request' button, at the bottom right of the form, will become active.
6. Review your details, then click the send button.
7. After the form has returned a response page, you may use your browser back button to return to the form page for any further orders.
